help for student course

hi everybody
i just want to have some information on National certificate in Horticulture level 4.
i saw this course in long term skill shortage list .
i went through some sites to do research on this course ,coulldnt get much information .
if someone knws about this course and its job ppurtunities after graduating please drop a line
