I contacted INZ regarding "YOU HAVE TO LIVE TOGETHER AT THE TIME THE APPLICATION IS MADE" part they said if we can provide them proofs of genuine relationship and proof of continued communication for the time we spent apart
they can waiver the requirement if they see a good reason why we are not together at the time of application.
So.. I Finally lodged my application for WP yesterday.

Just Waiting for a visa officer appointed for the case now.
Fingers crossed

Sounds like you managed to get hold of a human being with a heart and some common sense instead of a robot . Let's hope it will all go through smoothly now.

First of all Good Luck Kiora.

I received a letter from INZ today stating that it will take up to 8 weeks to find a case manager for my case and Further 8-12 weeks for investigation and verification.
Thats too long. I hope it goes through quicker so i can be with my family

I know it always takes forever!
But just be patient, it ll be soooo worth it in the end..
Just dont hassle them at all, as you have applied for a permit under partnership you are going to be prioritized anyway, so it might be quicker than that!

My last visa took over 2 months and usually only takes 1day, but we have to remember that we were naughty and somehow have to pay for it!

it ll be all good soon, just be patient!!!!
