Media in NZ

Hey guys- just weighing up some options for my sis.

She finishes a Media based degree next year- does anyone know if this is a skill shortgae in NZ if she decided to come and live in NZ with me?
I will find out exactly what it is soon but for now all i know is it is media.

It doesnt look like there is anything on the long term list like that... there is "creative industries," but thats for like a flim animator, then theres "telecommunication" stuff, but again, i dont think her degree really fits into that category.

I posted a question about the degree i will be working on as well, kinda the same type of question (dont know if it will satisfy their long term requirements i.e buisness information technology vs. just information technology). i just emaild the help desk at NZQA, and they forwarded my email to the "qualification recognition service." dont know if they will actually be of much help, but i will let you know if they are.

I have a similar degree myself television production and screen media. When looking at the immigration website i found careers in this industry were on the long term shortage list and deffinatly will be required in the future.
