That a nice way of thinking of it. We're in our 50's and it would be great to be thought of as still 'young' if not 'very young', but I guess not everyone looks on it this way.

Has either of your in-laws got a skill that would be useful in NZ? Until they are over 56, they can still apply to get in under their own steam. Might be a quicker way to get them in.

Yes, you are right, they probably can get into New Zealand themselves and faster.
