Yeah, v6 is full of bugs (nothing new there for Microsoft!). I should have v6 here somewhere so I'll get it working with that too. It's worth upgrading to v7 anyway, although the new v7 interface takes a bit of getting use to!

Might upgrade when we get our own place- don't want to be using up all our download here when we aren't measuring it.

I've got IE version 7 and am still having nightmare problems with it. I've had to swap to Firefox which runs a bit quicker. It was taking up to 5 mins. to open a page.

Since yesterday when the new-style forum was kind of finalised, I've found it dreadfully slow opening pages. It was fine before yesterday. Today I've had to revert back to gloomy grey in order to post this because every time I try to go from one page to another it sticks on the nice, sunny, warm, glowing but utterly useless yellow page with nothing on it. It hangs there for ages before deciding to open the page. My other sites seem to be working reasonably well (for here, anyway) so could there be a problem with the new forum? I don't see anyone else complaining about it so it must be peculiar to me.

Oh, I am, I am. I don't want to be stuck on Gloomy Grey when I can have colour in my life, not that it's the same without all the yellow on the page. I still think Taffy should introduce some yellow onto the pages again. The wide yellow borders around the pages didn't look tidy or right so they had to go but I do miss that burst of sunniness.

I'm on GG at the moment and it's working OK but I'm going back to try the new-style again to see if it's rectified it's problems. I miss all the bits and bobs on the new forum that don't appear on the old one.
