No doubt you've fiddled with something Bear. I know on here you can rearrange how you read your posts. Why they are different on different threads... well... when there's a Bear involved, it's anyones guess.

Thank goodness some of those smilies will be weeded out ... takes ages for the page to download!

There is a little problem with the website enhancement page ... I can get onto this thread by clicking the thread in the main index page but when I actually go to the room I get only the old threads from 2006.

Is it something just happening to me?



Edited to add that I was replying to MB's post on smilies ... goodness knows where the reply has tagged onto!

This is exactly what's happening to me except I get old threads from back in 2005 as well. I, similarly, can only access the current posts in Website Enhancements by clicking the title of the latest thread on the main menu. Thank goodness it's not just me this time. ;D

Sometimes I've posted something on another thread (can't remember if it's a specific thread or generally as I'm usually too busy cussing ) and I can't find my post until it pops up a few minutes later after I've gone in and out of the screen several times. It can also affect the post before mine as well.

In the list of threads, look below the list and have a look at what your display options are set to. This, if anything, will be affecting how you see things.

Sorry, Selchie. I had intended to edit them last night so they were showing again, now that we have them back in the smilie catalogue, but it was just 'one of those evenings' and I didn't get around to it. Have corrected that now so you should see them again.

I think Taffy's weeded a few more out as the screen didn't take quite so long to load up this time. Still a bit of a pain having to load up the page for every post you want to use them in.

The smilies on the last forum were either in numerical order or alphabetical order so it was easier to find what you were looking for. Takes quite a while hunting them down now, especially in my case as I do use the odd one or two during my postings.

OK, so who's messing with the smilies? >:(

I'll swear they're moving around, as I know certain ones that I've become familiar with aren't where they were earlier. I also made a list of smilies that are 'surplus to requirements' and which I'm emailing Taffy with a request he deletes them, thereby helping the smilie page to upload quicker. When I went back to check on something, at least half of them had shuffled around. The ones on the message page are at it as well.

Still think there is a problem with this room. I have tried to set the page as the other ones - "Last Post Time", "Beginning", and "Descending" but the "Descending" option does not work and it insists on staying on "Ascending".

It can't be just me, can it?
