is it possible to set a flag somewhere so that the link to the chat room is green or flashes or whatever, if someone is in there,,,

i've always thought its a very under used part of the site,,,

i'm sure we could get some scheduled chats going,,
say 0800 GMT Sunday morning which would make it about 2100 sunday night. downunder..

just a thought..

I have a chat on my site that can be intergrated right into the site, even tot he extent of not having to log in as it takes your board details. (I havn't got that far)

Costs $5 and the best money i spent.

I totally recommend it...

The current chat room doesn't offer anything like that i'm afraid. Had a look at the one netchicken recommended, looks like just the biscuit, although I don't know if it's worth investing (even at $5!) going by the non-entity that is the current chat room.

I'll start a poll and if there is plenty of interest from people who will actually make use of it(!) then I'll get it.
