Changes to Forum

Hi All,

Due to a recent spate of losers thinking they can push casinos and pornography on our members, there's been some changes to the security of the forum.

People will now no longer be visible until they activate their account.

There have also been some other changes with the automatic login functions, so can people please report any issues with not being automatically signed in when they visit the forum.

i'm not getting the option to sign in automatically.

I am however, using Opera here at work.
I'll see what the score is on IE when I get home.

it's the same in IE.
No check box for logging in automatically.

Also you can't press 'enter' when you type in password (or it auto enters in my case) have to click on the button.

Another problem with not staying logged on is that you don't see which forums have had new posts. Can the automatic log on option be restored?

I'll look into why that's happened, seems to have been removed as part of the update.

Ok, managed to spot the problem with the login issue. You should now find that the 'Log me in automatically' checkbox is back, so login, tick the box and you should be all good to go
