I started a topic with this title several months ago to encourage those who haven't posted their photos on here to do so. In this way we could all 'get to know each other' better. ?Sadly it looks as though the whole topic was wiped out during the aftermath of the hacking and we've lost all the pics. ?

Hence, I'm resurrecting it in the hope that some of you will kindly post your pics again and anyone who hasn't already revealed themselves may feel inclined to do so now. ? ?Maggie, your great pic of you and Fingerscrossed is one that has disappeared, so that would be a good starting point, if you'd be so kind. ? ?;)

Other ones that I remember that posted are Julian and Stevey, but they don't appear to be around at the mo and Julian will be all packed and waiting to go by now anyway. ?Hope all's going to plan for you, Julian. 8-)

I assume your lower torso is hidden behind you somewhere?

Hi all - will try and put some photos up tonight (got some photos of the progress on the house to go up too). The photo of Carolynne, me and the girls was one of Carolynne's so will get her to re-post it.....

Glenda, you look just as I imagined you would - apart from, as MB says, the fact that you only appear to have a head, shoulders and upper torso! ;D

I thought that perhaps Glenda had grafted her upper torso onto a trampoline. It would make getting around a bit difficult, but she would probably be popular with the neighborhood kids.

I'll have to sign on to one of those online photo sites one of these days. Then I can repost my piccy.

It's hidden as I'm laying on the trampoline. Quite frankly it is best hidden. :-[ But if there are those out there that wonder whether I have legs or hooves, I'll get the kids to take another picture (God forbid!). :o

Well, it particularly struck a chord with me, seeing you pictured like that, because I have seen several men in Turkey who only had that part of their body remaining.

Poor souls, I don't know what can have happened to them to cause them to be cut off from the waist down (may even have been the chest down). They scooted round on little trolleys and didn't seem in the least bit perturbed. It was a tremendous shock at the time to see them so badly handicapped, as we're normally used to people with an arm or maybe both legs missing but these guys were absent from the waist down. I have to admire their courage in getting about their lives regardless of such devastating disabilities.

I know you have the full complement of bits and pieces, Glenda. All present and correct. :023:

Oh dear, what a shame. I was going to put up a photo or two of me on here to keep Glenda company and Photobucket is down and so I can't. Never mind, eh?

They were pretty naff anyway.
