Not that Kiwis are notorious procrastinators......but who else do you know that willingly will go out on a cold day in short shorts (stubbies as they call em) and at the same time have on a sweater?

At least he isn't barefoot (to date I've seen 101 barefoot people in public places).....not that there's anything wrong with that.
