Sara, this category, topic 'First attempt....please work', page 2 and scroll down.  These links are just a couple of the sites I use for the smileys.  I have to admit (although most people will alread have guessed) I am a smileyoholic.  

I've been blugeoning Taffy for ages to provide some more interesting smileys but, so far, he's resisted my pleadings and threats.   so I went out and got some of my own.

Found them Mother bear but can't put them on forum, what am i doing wrong? I can e-mail them to everyone though!

Well, as you have the ability to post smileys from elsewhere, I didnt see the need to add them!

There's a lot more smiley's available here than on the standard phpbb forums.

It's just Mother Bear has an addiction, and if Taffy added more he would simply be enabling her habit.

So she's gone out and found her own dealer. Oh well, you tried Taffy. You can't make decisions for her

Sara, you may have to change your selection option i.e. there is a facility to choose emailing or forums.  On Smiley Emoticons (with the green background) at the bottom you can click for ‘board’ (forum) or ‘email’ so I’d click ‘board’ and see if that helps.  The other one doesn’t make it very clear how to select the correct option for forums (well….it’s German, they can’t do anything simply).  Look under ‘gewünschter code’ - I’ve got mine set to the first one. If you haven’t already worked it out, you can turn the pages for more smileys in that category by clicking ‘Smilies vor’ underneath.  Thank goodness for having had a German mother, I say.

Selchie, my guess is that you haven’t got the correct selection either.  Play around with it and, hopefully, all will be revealed.  

I've also got a supply of Russian and Dutch smilies as well if anyone wants to progress further.  You often need to be a dedicated aficionado to work out how to use the sites when they're in a foreign language, especially Russian .
