Don't have cows here Stevey, no grass for them to eat. Only have goats and camels, not sure about sheep. Goats are kept like pet dogs in the villages. Sleep on the doorstep and hang around the house.

He?s home! The little cretin is home. I?m calling him names because he just came in through the window, acting as if he?d only been gone a couple of hours instead of nearly 3 days. He seems in fine fettle, wasn?t particularly hungry although did drink a fair bit. As soon as he?d done that, he wanted out again immediately. Can?t figure out if he has been shut in somewhere, although we don?t have garages (too dangerous with the build-up of heat) or garden shed type buildings here, so it would have to be a house. Could have been taken in by someone who wanted to play with him for a while and may have fed him. Other than that, he?s been out womanising again, which means that his second neutering op has also failed. Can?t keep a good man down. Ah well, all?s well that ends well.

Case in point: Dubya?

MB, I had just finished putting out a little prayer for Chunky, when I scrolled to your report of his return. How's that for time-reverse effectiveness? I'm glad to hear that he's safe and well. He had to be re-neutered? Regenerating gonads or sloppy work? What fun, either way.

Let's see, is this the thread for Welsh Girl's photo? We sure know how to hijack them! Must be Stevey's influence ? ;) .

Don't worry about it Selchie - considering we're in the 'photos 'n' things' section, I'm only glad that it wasn't a discussion about a photo of me and Taffy that was hijacked, God only knows what sort of a tangent that thread would have gone off on :-/ ::)

Oh????

I was just brought to mind that we go off on tangents at times - OK, most of the time. Such high-spirited folks we are.

Taffy: Karin (code name: Cookie) was hoping you might get a photo of that Hells Bells billboard so she could share it with some friends. She'd probably make crawfish etouffee for you.... (By the gods, bribing people with food is great!)

I tried looking up Dubya, Stevey, and came up with a series of jokey references to your hero, George Bush, so I assume Dubya is a collective name for such things. Here's a link to one site so you get the idea. I'm sure Selchie will elaborate if I'm wrong.

Aha that's it George Dubya, a reference to how the mid west would pronounce 'W'. So George W.

That's the thing Selchie, that's why I like him. I trust him cos he's too stupid to be crooked or have crooked intention (apart from wanting a job quite badly - granted). I like the fact he's black and white. Saddam is a screaming fuinadamentalist who doesn't like me or my allies very much, let's kill him!!! Which is fine, that way bad people get weeded out of the world, Saddam thought he was protected by democracy but he wasn't cos common sense prevailed over the red tape.
I'd rather have president who 'did' some drugs than one who 'sold' them. I'm not saying Al Gore did sell drugs but he looks the type doesn't he?
As for Kerry, he was never credible, had no policies of his own just mud slang throughout the election and consequently didn't get the respect, he reminded me of a big spoilt kid 'who just wasn't quite hard enough' in the playground bickering. "My war experience is bigger then yours" kind of things.

At least that's my impression of things.
