Yes, he sent me an email last night telling me not to worry. ?Sorry, Stevey, couldn't resist. ?Good of you to ask. ?No, unfortunately, we haven't seen hide nor hair of the poor boy. ?Went out looking last night, but nothing. ?All we can hope for is that he's lying wounded somewhere and will try to get home when he can. ?Dehydration is a worry too in this heat. ?Problem here is that most of the locals don't look on animals the way we do. ?They'd think nothing of kicking one or running it down in their car. ?I told our landlord about having seen some wadi dogs ripping a little cat apart and he just laughed. ?He's off my Christmas card list for sure. ?

Here's the little lad, who we've had since he was 2 weeks old when his mum was poisoned in a cull of street cats in Damascus.

awww I'm actually glad you're still jokin MB. Sounds like a really errr nice place to live, how can they have regard for human feeling or emotion when they're devoid of any compassion for other living things. Sometimes I hate the world hang on I'll rephrase, I hate the world most of the time.

Hope you find him soon and if he is injurred he'll be able to be treated ok.

This is as close as I can come to it. They have smileys for everything, but are very short on praying ones. Perhaps the creator doesn't do a lot of it himself to warrant making them.



This'll have to do until I find something better. As long as it does the job, I'll be happy. Shriek's outside with his suitcase, just waiting for the door to open so he can take Chunky's place.

I'm not anti american, they're just stupid!!! Not to mention prone to unforced errors such as catching the wrong people or killing friendly troops.
