It looks like you interrupted Tessie while she was practicing some kitty yoga!

Well, here he is. Shriek, the bane of my life at the moment. You wouldn?t believe the trouble I had getting these pics, as he just would not leave my feet. Put him up on the wall and he was down onto my feet again before I could even lift the camera. My legs and feet are all wet from his ?kisses?. He really knows how to wangle his way into someone?s affections. He?s something of a mystery as he would appear to be what they call a wadi cat here. In other countries, they are known as street cats because they live on the streets and eat out of the skips/bins/dumpsters. Poor things look like matchstick cats, as they are so thin. Shriek has all the attributes of a wadi kitten, but we can?t understand why he?s so friendly. Either he was taken in as a house pet when he was younger and has been abandoned when the family left here or he?s been brought here from another area and dumped, possibly because he was too noisy and too demanding (I can relate to this). I don?t know why he suddenly landed on our doorstep as we are behind large gates, but he certainly must have taken me for a sucker. There are wadi dogs as well, probably abandoned when owners have moved on. My blood always runs cold when I see them, as I witnessed them ripping a cat apart in the middle of the night a few months back. I always worry for ours as they like to be outside a lot, against our vet?s advice as the Gulf States aren?t very animal friendly countries. In fact, I?m worried right now as our Chunky didn?t come home last night for his ritual frankfurter sausage before going out for the night. He hasn?t come in this morning either, so I?ll be on edge until he returns. If he doesn?t, perhaps Shriek will get lucky.

Shriek and the decimated doormat.

Let me in, you bitch!

What beautiful cats, Stevey. And there she is?? the lovely Claire. Poor soul, how does she cope with you? She?s looking well on it though. I admire a man who?s not afraid to stand up and be counted where his family is concerned. How many marriages have broken up because the man just couldn?t find it in himself to say nice things to his lady and thought it was just not ?manly? to show how much he cared? And then there?s the men that deliberately put down their wives in public to make themselves feel more masculine. No, in my eyes Stevey, you?re OK on that score. In other directions though?..I?m not so sure :icon_wink: .

?Fraid I?ve stretched the screen again. Tried to get the photos in two?s, side by side but just wouldn?t go.

For those of you starved of decent smilies, here?s the links I?m using. The one is totally in German but you can work it out as it works on the same principle as the other one which has English instructions.
http://www.clicksmilies.com/
http://www.my-smileys.de/ - some of these are a bit rude so brace yourself. (Having said that, everyone will be in here now just looking for the rude ones). Just hope people aren?t too busy looking up smilies, to post on here now. Doesn?t say anything on here about not working on Macs, but then it doesn?t say anything one way or the other about compatible computers.

Let?s fill this forum with colour and action-packed fun!

Buy yourself a Cow MB should be fairly safe shouldn't it hehe!

OI Selchie, Claire is a very sensible and intelligent woman and she has impeccable taste I'll have you know.

Why don't you tell Bush you know where BL is and I could get to meet him finally, tell him what a nice fella he is (Bush obviously not BL) :icon_biggrin: Give him so moral support you know.

Impeccable taste in what :icon_wink: ? ...What's BL?

Looks like Shriek has a foot fetish.

The smiley site told me it wouldn't work with Macs when I tried to download. Stupid Windows *pouty face*.

Suspect BL is Bin Laden, Stevey's alter ego.

Don't either of the smiley sites work for you? ?That's a shame. ?Why did you need to download anything? ?I just typed in the web address and the sites came up without downloading anything. ?I'd bin that Mac if I were you. ?Didn't work for the Google Earth either, did it? ?Your computer is nothing but a party pooper.

Yes, Shriek has a tremendous fascination for my feet. ?Dangerously so because I can't walk without tripping over him and he moves like lightening. ?We went out for a walk tonight to try to find our missing Chunky and were accompanied by Shriek and Purdey. ?He really enjoyed himself, but I can see he really thinks he's one of the family now. ?Big problem.

I haven't tried these new smiley sites, just the one to which your email linked. Woo-hoo! It worked!

There are many programs which are Windows/PC only, though this is not so bad when Macs get overlooked by a virus. Other than that kind of frustration, I love Macs.

So has Chunky returned yet? I hope it's simply that he's on walkabout, or got stuck in a garage overnight (you do have garages?). We keep ours inside at night - I'd hate for one of them to get in a scrap with a raccoon. Fortunately they are usually quiet at night. "Squirty Harry" the spray bottle helps keep them in line
