Hi

Thanks for all the useful info - have decided to use Moneycorp - seem very efficient and phoned on Tuesday to say the rate was improved. The rate is better than using the bank, which is good news.

All seems straight forward, will let you know if there are any hiccups.

Hi

We have used moneycorp a number of times since leaving UK. This has been to transfer large ammounts or smaller amounts. They charge £15 per transaction smallest transaction being £5000.

They will also keep an eye on the rate either going down or up and if you request they will email you with an alert to this fact. They will also hold any purchase for up to 24 months as long as you pay them 10% up front.

We will continue to use them

We did use Moneycorp in the end and they were excellent. The transfer was swift and they were very professional. Will certainly use them again and would recommend them for sure.

Well, have just used moneycorp to transfer our initial funds .. £15k

We've gotten a reasonable rate - a little over 2.6%, all for a £15 fee. All explained in simple terms, and the money should be in our NZ bank account within 2 weeks.

Just got to decide what to do with our "house" funds now ...
