Thanks Dawn ... and would LOVE to check out the coffee with you and WG ...

I have got myself black trousers, short sleeved red linen shirt and a very trendy black waistcoat (since kids I don't really get to buy clothes for myself) for the interview.

Can't believe that this time next week I shall be on the other side of the world!! I have checked out the buses ... think I might try a bit of bus hopping one day to try and see as much of Hamilton and the suburbs as poss, and maybe some real estate offices, grab some local papers ... and drink lots ofcoffee!!

I leave Heathrow on the 5th April at 16:15, arrive Auckland at 05:30 on 7th April.

Have Monday to chill, Tuesday is interview, and test day. Weds and Thurs I'm planning to check out Hamilton as best I can without my own transport, and then get collected for my return at 15:15 on the Thursday.

Hey Lou, use the bus if you please but I'm sure that Lisa and I can sort you out between us. Wed I'm around between 11am and 3.30 and Thurs after 11am. It'd certainly be easier to see places by car and of course, we know the areas to show you BUT we completely understand if you prefer to spend time by yourself We could of course end up having 4 heads and 6 legs - (WG has actually but I just have the 2 heads )
Honestly, hun, just ask - you've already got a lot on your plate and Lisa and I have sad empty lives

Hopefully you'll be on your way by now Lou so you won't get to read this until you're already in NZ. Just want to wish you all the very best for the job interview and hope NZ lives up to your expectations. Well done for completing this mega first flight on your own.

Word of warning though: watch our for people offering to take you around and ply you with cups of coffee. They may not be quite what they seem at first sight. Mwwwaaaahhaaahaaa.

Got the use of the net round my parents so thought I should let you know she got off alright yesterday. I dropped Lu off at Heathrow yesterday at 12:30 am and she checked in and her flight at 16:15 was on time.
