We have the same problem - 22 years for us. Just the thought is giving me a headache. The only thing with ebay is that you have to pay to list it and if it doesn't sell you still pay. Some of the things I have, like the boys toys are very big (not heavy) to package & post.

Ah, sorry I misunderstood.

I guess I would say to use whatever size boxes would be reasonable for what you're packing to keep the weight reasonable.

And use good duct tape, u do not want to have the box partly opened during transit or after arrival due to weight or moving around.

Also another good tip is to lay some lining on the bottom of the box with paper or likes and also at the top before sealing it. Keeps the stuff inside snug fit and from moving around.
