Well I told her before she made the offer that we had done a few things to improve it- like painting the outside and repairing the chimney.

I'm hoping she's just coming to refresh her memory so she can see what things she might want to buy to put in etc.

She'd be stupid not to buy it 'cos she won't get anything with veiws like we have for anywhere near what she is getting it for.

If she backs out now Beth, I'll send the boys round to sort her out. As I don't actually know any heavies, I'll send Keeweegal down to sort her out instead. Not that she's a thug, but she did seem pretty keen for a part time job

May take you up on the offer if she pulls out- don't think I could wait much longer and go through the veiwings etc again- we wnat to get moving.

I think (I hope) it is just a quick look to refresh her memory- will keep you all updated though.

She's due at 4:15 this afternoon so if I haven't posted on here tonight then send out a search party to all the bridges in Rossendale.

Well...... she's been and gone and i'm still here.

She say's she loves it and there is no way she will be backing out- she was really excited.

So unless the survey says the place is about to fall down then we are on our way!!!!!!!!

OH has been asked to go for an interveiw on monday for a job in the UK- just an initial 3month contract but the salary is 3x what he is on now.

Just waiting for Gen-i still to contact him- they said it would be this week so 2days left.
