Default Rain Rain and more Rain

What an absolutely horrible day nothing but rain. It sure is helping to make the decision to move easier.

The caretaker at our school said that its supposed to be like this until the end of August, hope he's got it wrong. I know Manchester is known as the rainy city but give us a break.

The Middle East is good at this time of year. Only joking, it's bl**dy hot and humid so we're continually wet as well.

Hope the weather breaks before the long school hols or a lot of parents, especially mums, will be climbing the walls. You've had quite a lot of rain so far this summer so, surely, it must run out at some point.

Know what you mean.

I took the kids out this morning to a play centre- just as the thunder storm started. We got absolutley soaked going from the house to the car and it is costing me a fortune in outings- if only we could have picnics at the park.

I'm praying too for hte rain to stop.

The weather systems are all spango'd. The UK is doomed - leave while you can or develop webbed feet

Guess why NZ is so green while Australia is so brown? Yup we get the rain!

For NZ July read UK January and so on, so yes, winter has only just begun here. Spring starts in September, and Summer in December. So the comment it will be like this until August is correct.
