Migration Update

House sold.
Shippers organised.
One way tickets bought and payed for.
Leaving party venue arranged.
(Still clearing house and shed of years of accumulated junk).
Leaving on a jet plane - 12th Nov.
Feeling very calm at the moment, I just hope it will last.

Good news that you're feeling pretty calm about it so far - a sign of good organisation and, hopefully, there shouldn't be any last minute panics. ?Once the packers have bundled all your worldly posessions into their truck, there won't be much left to do but enjoy your remaining time in the UK.

Wishing you all the best with the packers. ?It'll seem funny having all your stuff tucked into a container. ?Hope the farewells go as well as can be expected, too. ?

Thanks guys,
Although we've got the packers in next week, the funny thing is we've been packing most of the items we are taking with us ourselves. Otherwise the house would be a complete mess with piles here, there and everywhere. Had to do it for our own sanity.

Unfortunately no. We are flying with Singapore Airlines as I've flown with them on two seperata occations experiencing exellent service both times.
