Pretty sure I haven't heard anyone else mention this one and certainly never seen it before now.

Very good and showed alot of properties (more than the others) when I typed in a search fro property in Rangiora and Kaiapoi under 300k.

I peeked into this site and entered info for the Hamilton area. Despite selecting particular areas/suburbs, all it gave me was Rotorua, which wasn't even mentioned and is nowhere near Hamilton. Glad you've found it useful anyway. Must be good for some areas but not others.

I guess so, perhaps I am not that familiar with the suburbs except I know big city names so I may not see the lack of search results.

I am just browsing and drooling over some of the beautiful houses. I dream of owning a house after having stayed in an government subsidised apartment for my entire life..

I must say I do like the style of a lot of the houses in NZ. They are 'my kind of thing'. I like the open plan interiors, although I'll bet they are a pain to heat in the winter.
