Does she think this is possible? I'm afraid to be jubilant for you until the money's in your bank account. Same with us - completion day came and went and we're still waiting for news. It ain't over until the money's in your account. But, nevertheless, I'm extremely pleased for you.

Well I know she had a large house in High Wycombe which is probably worth about 3 maybe 4 times more than this house so she can't be short of a bob or two and she said her mum was gonna help her out with money, but like you say, until it's happened there's no point getting excited. Hopefully tho worst case, she'll have to sell first but the markets still fairly bouyant in the south east although prices are falling, so she might not have the same problem with selling as we're having.
