second hand house lots?????

Has anyone had any experience or any information about second hand house lots.

We are considering buying some land and then buying a house and having it moved there.
I know that the cost of the house includes the relocation. Thing like water, sewage connection and power I assume are all additional costs but it could still work out cheaper than buying a house the conventional way.

If you are buying land, have you looked in to just getting a house built new on it?

I think you'd be suprised how cheap it can be to get a house built, and that way, you get it done to how you like it!

Not sure about the moving a house to a plot thing. There is one of those companies by us, that sell moveable homes, but to be honest they all look fit to fall down! Thats probably just that company though!
