House for sale
It's me again...
Just wondered if there is anyone in the similar situation as us...? We have been trying to sell our house for a couple of months now, but the process is quite slow... We had only 2 viewers and I guess it's just a matter of waiting... Anyway, as my husband is an IT contractor, we decided to book our tickets to NZ for next month (so he can start looking for a job) and leave the sale of our house in the hands of our sollicitor and the estate agency... It's a bit scary... but hopefully it will turn out fine... Hafi *3 weeks to go...* | |||

Hi Hafi,
Make sure you have enough money to cover you for some time as, even when you find a buyer, the UK legal process can take between 8 - 12 weeks! And thats without complicating matters with you not being in the country! Good luck with the house sale, hope someone snaps it up soon :) | |||
