Now that it's rolling, you want to get out? How will you deal with the lowered blood pressure and sleepful nights?

Default gordon bennet!

Well Taffy, you may be right...could be the whip and chains that are the problem...
Seriously though, I was told the nicer you are to local then the worst they are...could be truth in this..
Bear in mind we are now talking students as we have given up with locals...

Well, as we are on LTBV one of the stipulations is employing staff..
do you think we pas this../
And now we are faced with an long deserved 8 day holiday on Tuesday and only havefour staff when we need 7-8.
We are now considering closing for this period

But, let see what happens..

Who said that LTBV was an easy way to get PR..

Its a long sentence...not guilty I cry!

I like Koko's idea Bet Gordon Ramsey's never been to Dunedin. I can't flippin stand that bloke

I keep seeing references to Gordon Ramsey. I suppose I'll need to get a dose of him when I'm there, so I know what he's all about.

Good luck with the sale, Mark.

selchie, Gordon Ramsay is a chef from the UK and he's rather, umm, how shall I put it, controversial

Get a taste of him (excuse the pun ) on here YouTube - Gordon Ramsey Best Moments USA and here YouTube - gordon ramsey more mad than ever

Don't watch if you're easily offended

What a charming lad. I can see why Dawn likes him so much. Defo get him in your kitchen, Mark.

Default off off and away

Strange, that its a Brit who was my manager for three months that let me down by going AWOL to the North Island due to reasons not know..
I suppose I should have expected it has she has been back twice for 6 weeks to UK for personal reasons..
So, a grand decision was made this week.

My darling wife and I are off to Vanuatu scuba diving for 8 days Tuesday..booked months ago..
Leaving five students and cook thats very moody and scares the life out of the students( she does!) and a very camp failed cafe owner to run the business for a week!

What will I come back to..a cafe maybe

I'm in holiday mood so next episode on my return...
