As everything on this forum was pretty much tailored to the event of coming over, this new section has been dedicated to the people who are in NZ already, or want to know 'life' things about NZ.

Questions such as 'Does anyone know a good hairdresser in Taupo?' or 'Does anyone know where I can buy a nice boat?' will be right at home here ::)

Doesn't just have to be questions about life in NZ. ?Could also include:

Hmmm, nobody has said anything to me about my hairy legs [smiley=102.gif] - though I might offend a few people, turning up to the beach looking like a yeti ;)

Anyway, this topic was 'life in NZ' right - it's GREAT!!

Those were just sample questions to give people an idea of the sort of things they can use this category for. I don't really have any latent desire to munch my way through a cute little kiwi [smiley=Na!.gif]. They're much nicer running around all warm and feathery. As for hairy legs, considering the laid back kiwi attitude to a lot of things including their personal 'hygiene' and apparel, it's a valid question. You could save a fortune on razors.

I'm hoping this new category will help to draw in NZ members who don't now think they have anything particularly valid left to contribute to the forum. This is where you can shine with either questions, information or suggestions.

its brilliant.. The Kumara Soup is to die for..
The Shepherds Pie (it's a Cottage Pie really) is lovely too..

If your ever head to or are in Napier..
head to Breakers for a good family restaurant..
quick service, affordable.. and decent grub..
