Cool SMC application xferred to another nzis branch
Hi,
Recently ( around 1st week april 08), i had received a letter from NZIS new delhi branch, where i had originally lodged my SMC application , that my application has been transferred to nzis singapore branch, b'coz of the increased workload of visa applications at new delhi.
Can someone tell if similar situation has happened with anyone else too?
Otherwise , can't do much other than wait for nzis singapore to approach me soon.

Hi, in this case you can not do any thing but wait for their move. Infact Now a days it takes 6 -12 mons to give a final decision. It's good that they transfered it to singapore as I know work load is not much their and hope you will get a result with in two months if they do not ask any aditional doc. Hope for the best!

i have just the same story my case was similarly tranferred from ndelhi to singapore branch . but i june a visa officer was assigned and she asked for ilets as proof of english proficiency that i submitted, got 7 band and my spouse submitted documents for english that will hopefully suffice. now awaiting decision

who is your CO.
my Freind's recently got migrated. Even they had recognised Qualification thought entirely in English but still they were suppose to Show IELTS.

Even me BE Recognised Qualification Still i wrote IELTS and showed them. mine was all 16 years english medium.

Not Sure about your CO.

My ITA was also moved from New Delhi to Singapore Branch. Hey guys any luck with your ITAs being approved? Or any updates on your status?

My story:
EOI submitted :- June 2007 (130 points no job offer)
EOI selected :- Sept 2007
ITA received :- Oct 2007
ITA submitted:- Nov 2007
Transferred to SQ branch : April 2008
IELTS completed:- June 2008
......and still waiting
