as to me, i didnt know also when or how am i going to have a case officer, but what i did was i send an email to Bangkok Branch and asked them, they right away replied and made me known the name of my case officer, however, it has been six months, i was just informed when i asked my case officer that my papers has not yet reached its time to be opened yet

no choice but to wait, i hope i gave u an idea that can help

Quick questions LilAmy...

When your EOI is accepted and ann ITA is extended, how do they know what address to post it, etc? Because this information is not captured in your EOI submission as to the address/email you would be using for communication?
