Default When are originals returned?

Just about to send off our lifes documents (passports, birth certificates etc), and it's just occurred to me I've seen no mention of when these get returned to us.

It states on the London website, they we won't even get allocated a case officer for 4 months .. so will they sit in London's office until at least then?

TIA

Lou

IIRC, everything was returned all at once at the end. So, yes, they'll sit there until your CO reviews everything.

NZIS pretty much waits until the end, unless you specifically request a return earlier. We had to request our passports last year so we could fly to Canada. When we sent our migrant levy, to be on the safe side, I requested the remaining paperwork to be returned.
