Talking ITA submitted AND have accepted an offer on the house!

Just picked up our medicals (still not sure if they will be accepted) so have sent our ITA off yesterday. We also had an offer of the asking price for our house, so accepted- conditional to being approved of course. Any ideas about how long it takes for the ITAs to be processed? Things are getting tight for time now, as I'm due to start my job in October- Im sure they'll extend that out if I need to though

Congratulations!

Funny how it all comes together like that, isn't it? We had the same thing happen to us--our ITA was approved and we reached an agreement with buyers on the same day. Kinda makes you want to believe in fate, doesn't it?

Thanks guys, we feel (like everyone else on these forums, I'm sure) like we have been waiting for evermore for things to happen. When I look at dates however, it's only been 2 months from getting a job offer to where we are now We are reluctant to start selling off too much furniture/ other junk untill we know for sure whether we can go. I am due to start work in Hawkes Bay Hospital in Oct, so time is tight for NZ immi to process our case. My caseworker assures me that the timeframe is not unreasonable Must get a solictor this week, and look at selling my endowment. BORING!
