Default Submitting ITA without all documents

Hi, just need a bit of information which could save me ?400. I am awaiting a registration certificate from from the midwifery council in New Zealand. Also consent from my daughters dad to take her to NZ. Can anyone tell me if I can submit my ITA without these documents. I will be sending them in, when I get them. If I don't submit my ITA by the end of February we will have to have medicals again, costing ?400. The time limit of three months will be up. I have contacted my immigration officer but he hasn't answered. He is worse than useless, just quotes from the immigration website.
Help :)

Hi Missvee,

Yes you can send off your ITA without those documents, but put a note in listing them and to say there's a delay and you'll forward them on as soon as you get them. They may not progress with your application until they receive all the stuff, but at least you will have submitted the ITA and, more importantly, the medical certificates, in time.

:D Thanks Mother Bear that is a weight off my shoulders and off my bank balance. I think you should be my immigration officer because he is bl**dy useless.
By the way, when do you sleep? Your not in the UK are you so there must be a time difference.

I do manage to sleep, thankfully , and there's a 4-hour difference between the UK and Oman at the moment. When your clocks change, it'll be a 3-hour difference.
