when i phone immigration customer service, they told me the same thing" this step DONT TAKE MORE THAN 20 DAYS", but in my case took two months, so dont be surprise if there is no anwser from them after the 14 days

Actually, our response came a couple of months later, because our CO went on vacation shortly after our interview. She had said they would rush it through, but we said "no worries", so we figure our file got set aside. However, we did get a quick response when we asked her (nicely) what our status was.

When in doubt, pester them.
