Is your problem with running out of time to do with not having gathered some of your information together? Others have had difficulty in getting police certificates, medicals or qualifications assessed in time and have just submitted what they had to hand, whilst letting NZIS know that the remainder will follow when received.

Not everything runs like clockwork while these applications are being processed and I think NZIS are aware of this and allow for it, as long as you keep them informed.

Yes, turn it what you have and explain what you are still waiting for. They take a while to get to your case anyway (months).

It can vary as can be seen here and here .

If you haven't already sent them in and need them for a holiday, for example, you can send in certified copies instead. NZIS will obviously need them in the end so the covetted blue PR stickers can be placed lovingly inside.
