bombard him (her) with emails to make sure all is well..

I was genuinely worried about our application a couple of times so i emailed him about a few things..
he always came back quickly and thankfully the answers were all positive..

Good Luck..

Was'nt sure weather to be a pain in the a#*e or just wait and see. I think I'll try an e mail.
By the way does anyone know of any bad C/O's, are some more fussy than others, is there any names we should be wary of ?

Hi Thrrrp

welcome to the site,

Just thought I'd put my six eggs in, just to let you know we had a chap called David Kennedy and he was brill, very helpful and always emailed us back with answer or answered questions on the phone giving advice.

So just to let you know, yes there r some nice ones and they don't all bite.

Cheers

Would be quite interesting to see a kind of C/O league table, maybe a 'rate your case officer' section but then again if the one that you have is on the baddy list for some people you may have unjustified fears. Could be interesting though.
Mine's 'Adelle Curtis', havent had much contact yet so I'll let you know how she performs.

Well we had our application assigned to Maxine Little in London, she was great to deal with - kept us informed of how things were going and replied to emails within a day or so.

Our interview over the phone was great, she knew before hand that I had a job offer so we didnt really need the interview but thought she had better do it just to be on the safe side. I managed to get her to loose her train of thought at least 3 times, what fun!

From what I can gather most of them are helpful and obliging, if they are not Kiwi's and have the inherant "chilled out" philisophy, then they seem to have picked it up by osmosis.

Dave Martin gets a HUGE thumbs up from me..

I was a right pain in the arse and emailed him constantly about criminal records and fat git paranoia..

he replied swiftly and always in the positive,..

A 3 month turn around from EOI submission to Blue Sticker can't be bad..
