We have received our ITA yesterday and are very excited, especially as it looks like Steve may have a job offer as well, we should know within 2 weeks. Now we need to read all the paperwork, so that should keep us busy. :icon_lol:

Is the ITA paperwork longer than the EOI? From your postings it seems to take peaple a good few weeks to complete it and submit it.
I have nearly all my certificates all ready cos I had to get it all for my registration application with the nz nurses council, which hasn't come through yet. They're worse than the immigration!

No, you've done the bulk of the work with your EOI. The ITA is just a printed form that they send you, with everything on there that you put in your EOI. When you get your ITA is when you have to start getting all your info together (Police Checks, Medicals, etc) and paying out a lot of money!

So don't be too worried about the paperwork side!

Unfortunately Steve didn't get the job he was interviewed for (3 interviews, including a video conference, very nerveracking) got to the last two candidates and the other guy got it! Feedback that Steve asked for from the company was very positive, so we don't know why he didn't get it. :icon_confused: We will now have to send off our ITA without job offer unless something else comes up soon (also subject to passing our medicals in 2 weeks time!)
