Default Hi - happy to get visa - any bricklayers out there?

Just received our passports back from immigration with our visas in today - scary - it's taken since April 2007 to get this far and all steam ahead now!

My husband has a job as a brick/block layer in Wellington to go to and we wondered if anyone could advise what tools he should take - are there any ex-pat bricklayers who can help.

Really excited - packing cases arrived - just need to rent the house and go.

Step daughter already over and have friends in Auckland.

Loads to do especially with Christmas coming - still got to tell the parents we got in (Dad not too happy) and my kids but they are both over 21 and settled.

    Thanks

Welcome Caz. Sounds like you're going to be very busy over the coming months. When are you thinking of making the move to NZ? Good luck with breaking the news - it won't be easy but just grab the bull by the horns.

Not aware of any other bricklayers on the forum recently, but you never know what might suddenly pop up.
