    Default Greetings and Thanks

What a super forum and site. I found it via a basic, boring websearch and thought at first it was a typical rip-off site trying to sell something. I've been reading for 15 minutes and can't believe what a resource this is!

Anyway, my wife and I are strongly considering relocation from the US, and NZ is our favorite choice for several reasons. We're just starting to seriously evaluate everything, and I am really thankful to have found this kind of a community.

We live in San Francisco, she's a school psychologist with MFT license/MS in Psychology. I'm what you would call a solicitor, which apparently is not an occupation of absolute skill shortage in NZ I have sheared sheep before, though, and I did notice that was listed as a skill shortage. I'm not sure I'm ready to do that again, or as able as I was at 18, but I'm definitely willing to be flexible with my career.

Anyway, thanks again to all for your efforts and looking forward to participating here.

Right, OK let's see, what can we offer you then? We have a sale on at the moment. I'm not sure of what exactly, but I'm sure we can find something to suit you. Talking of suits, Taffy has a nice, sober business suit going cheap.

Joking aside, a big to you. Here's looking forward to seeing you around here regularly.

You may find Wellington reminds of the bay area a little (at least it does me). If you wife qualifies tehn she can bring you if she wants. lol. You both don't have to qualify but does help your points.

We are merely a 12.5hour flight from SFO to Auckland.

Sheep shearing is highly regarded skill here. Hard work but good pay.

i used to live up the hill in Reno for many years. I have a lot of friends in the bay area still. The group here is pretty darn good at giving help to people. If you have questions ask away.
    Cheers
