We re a family from manchester with 3 children been in Tauranga for 6 months now and love it , have been reading forums for about 18 months so thought its about time to introduce ourselves ,love it here the outdoor life etc but have found the finances a little tougher than we are used to but not everything can be perfect.
So its chins up and the search for a home will go on never had a rental before so its another new experience lol anyways willl be posting more and still avidly reading and hopefully helping with views also.

You are most welcome to join in and contribute. Being fairly recently arrived in NZ I'm sure you'll have many views and thoughts that everyone would love to hear. Tauranga is a fab place to live isn't it? I really miss it, but sadly the finances were never going to work for us, so made the decision to come home - just need to sell the house!!

Nice to see another Manc in Tauranga!! We moved over in November and after travelling around in a campervan for a month we decided to settle in Tauranga.
