I am new to this forum. Grew up in Whangarei then moved to Christchurch when I was 20. Lived here for 3 years then moved back home for a while. While I was home I realised how much I missed Christchurch so then decided to move back. I love it so much down here and have some awesome friends here. Would like some more though. Hope to make some friends soon.

Hi all, we are real new. Only going to submit our LTBV application in about two weeks. Hold thumbs.

Coming from South Africa. Want to move to Tauranga and cant wait.

Any advice real welcome.

Buying an existing Bicycle shop there.

Hope to be there soon.

Victor, welcome to MoveToNZ.

You've chosen a lovely area to settle in. Good luck with the LTBV and also the bicycle shop. Our member Macfod, who is in Dunedin, also went the LTBV route and bought himself a cafe. If you bring up his username and look for all his posts you will be able to see how it went for him. I wouldn't read the threads about his staffing problems though. It would be enough to frighten anyone off employing people.

Keep us posted about your progress.
