Hi guys,
For our skilled migrant visa all we sent in to prove our relationship was the following:

Tenacy agreement from 2001
Recently dated letter from landlord
Letter from bank confirming opening of joint account from 2001
Latest bank statement from that account.

And that was sufficient for our visa!

Don' know if you need more evidence for the partner sponsership but hope this helps someone!
