Me, too. Sounds interesting.

Hello again everybody!!!
I know it's been a while, and I do apologise for being a little distant.
I have been working away for a while, and any spare time I have had has been filled with job-hunting and general NZIS type paperwork.
I'm sure my better half Bunstar has been keeping you all up to date with our progress.

Firstly, Thanks for your advice re Curries and Corrie Taffy and RedAlligator, I wasn't entirely serious when I posed the question, but now I can't wait to experience the difference. I certainly didn't miss corrie while I was working away. I did once eat Alligator at a Barbeque in Oz, but it wasn't a red one, and I'm sure it wasn't one of your relatives Red.

Thank you for the job links missvee, the local papers in NZ do seem to play a bigger part with my kind of work than here in the UK.

selchie & MotherBear, the MonkeyControl tag is both a reference to my type of work (Control Engineer), and the fact that I'm far to big and hairy, and my arms are apparently too long for my body, (like a Monkey), and it just sort of stuck. The Llama was just a nice picture from Knowsley Safari Park that I thought you might like. p.s. I like the quote about men and crows.

I have my first interview on the way!, with an Engineering company in Auckland, which will hopefully be one evening/morning this week. I can't wait. Interest has definately picked up since we got accepted. I think setting a date gives the job agents and potential employers a bit more confidence as well Mother Bear.

Ta-Ta for now, I better make a start on that box room.

Good luck with the interview, Monkey (& the dreaded box room!)

Just to put your mind at rest Red Alligator is a fish which was named after a horse originally!

Good luck with the job interview.
