The buddy/ignore lists are mostly for PM's. You can set in your options to only receive PM's from people in your buddy list, and not from those in your ignore list. I think if you enable it, everyone starts off on your ignore list until you add them.

Taffy has been revamping the Main Website (Homepage) and I see we have a live weather topic now. I'll be keeping an eye on that, being a weather afficionado and all that.

Personally, I feel like I've been talking to myself for the last 2 years, as the highest post count by other members is, I think, only around the 500-ish mark and that's just the odd one or two. There's been so much jiggery pokery with the post counts with switching forums several times and some folks having had to re-register, I think I'm one of the few that's kept her original post count. There's me up in the 4,000s, but no one else has even reached 1,000. Just who have I been talking to all this time?

Well, you do post 4 squillion news articles a day, so that pushes up the old post count!

I thought I had been pushing 1000, but I only glance at the counter once in a while. No, MB, you aren't talking to yourself. Many times the articles you post stand quite well on their own, and I can't think of anything worthwhile to type in response.
