    Hi and welcome.

You could try looking on here under the Employment section for possible job sites. Some of the links may be a bit out of date but I hope you can find something of use. To help with immigration info, the newly revamped Immigration NZ website is a good place to begin, if you haven't already found it. I would suggest starting with the Find a Visa section.

Try Trade Me Jobs - Thousands of New Zealand jobs. Find a job today and seek.co.nz. These should give you a good idea of whats out there. A lot of jobs are never posted as they are often filled using a network of friends and associates.

Unless you have a difficult situation you can do it yourself. It isn't that difficult. I know you want it done right and that it is important. You either have the points or you don't.

I did the point test on the NZimmegration website and my points go up to 175,I'm married and we have 2 kids, both me and my wife are skilled workers ,I think the big problems going to be to find a job,

How high is the employment rate (is there lots of jobless people in NZ)
How do you think My kids will adapt as the ones in grade 7 and the other one in grade 4
both are fully bilingual in Afrikaans and english

Current Unemployment rate is 6.5 percent as of June.
Household Labour Force Survey: June 2011 quarter - Statistics New Zealand

Employment wise it will depend on your skill set. If you are in like IT or healthcare you will have no issues. Just look at the websites I posted and you will see if your skill set
is listed a lot or not at all. If you have VOIP or something like Cisco call manager you will have no issues. Your best cities will be Auckland, Wellington, Hamilton, and Dunedin. The major population areas. Wellington with good telephony and network expertise should be very good.

I don't have any kids so I can't accurately comment on that issue. I can just say there are a lot of south Afrikaners around. NZ is the best place in the world to raise a family.

You won't get rich in NZ but you will have a rich life. Also there is no gun drop-off kiosk at the airport like Johannesburg if you catch my drift.

You can request the forms the the NZ consulate or print them off the Immigration NZ website. The process is well documented on the INZ website plus this forum. You just have to document your life. Nothing difficult just time consuming.

    Good Luck.
