Default Removal costs going back the way :(

    Just incase

but if we are told that we really have to go, which to be honest now, im thinking will be more the case
Immigration replied to my complaint via email, and sounds like even i shouldnt be working, kids shouldnt be at school.
All because they are built round Colins permit

I have now asked them a question , about if Colin was to get offer in the aluminium trade , windows doors etc. (Thinking now this is proabably whipped of ltss list now)
Would he be able to get a work permit

So wont probably hear until monday
Thats when im thinking of going in

Anyway, have started even looking at the good side of going back, after many floods of
I do need some medical issues addressed, which here i just ignore as cant afford to go
I am actually breaking out, now in psyriossis (i know the spellings dodgy , but you,ll know what i mean )
Ive not had that since i was 9
Nicole needs glasses, eye tests etc
    We all need dental care

So as i said , im starting to weigh up some pros and cons now
    Just incase

So back to main question. Has anybody paid removal costs to go back?

    Cheers
    Meadow

    Hey Meadow!

Sorry to hear you are having all these troubles :(

Please go to see them asap! I had a similar problem in oz and never went in but found out later that I could have stayed there, had I gone to see them and I was absolutely gutted!!!!

If they are not understanding at immi chch you can try another way as well.. go to your local gov representative, try and to get to the higher people.

You guys have done nothing wrong, put all your money and efforts into coming here, just because the recession started and hubby lost his job is really not a reason to send you all back home and that s where immi has to change and they know that but until they do put some changes through, you will have to rely on who you get to talk to and as they are usually under somebody else and noone wants to make a wrong decision, it s usually not in your favor.

You should try it at least, doesn't cost anything and might work out in your favor :))

If you need help with anything just tell us ! there are so many people here supporting you and even tho we are spread all over the place, if there is anything we can do I am sure we can all chip in and get it sorted :)))

    All the best!!!!!

Sometimes your local MP can help sort things out. It can't hurt to call their office and explain the situation. Sometimes they know people a bit farther up the ladder who can help out. I saw our local MP to get an immigration issue sorted. He couldn't fix things, but talked to someone who at least, gave me definative answers (I got conflicting answers to the same questions every time I talked to someone at the department of immigration.)

    kiaora thanks so much
everytime i read how kind folks are i burst out in
God ive never cried so much

Even at work the other day , i felt myself all filling up as i couldnt answer i had to nip quickly into loo
The wee woman is an Irish immigrant , shes 93, and she is an education, and such a laugh
But she was saying how its such an adventure you and your family have done, we have all our lives here to look forward to
She came over alone in her 20s, and how proud her dad was
she was saying your dad will be so proud of you
And of course, i didnt tell her
    I just kept nodding

Yip we are going into immigration on monday, with it all wrote down how many times we called etc
Find out one way or other then

And 1 happywoman, funny enough a few people now, are saying about our MP , ive got her number and where to go, so aye , thinking i just might do that.

Thanks again for all the support, and its amazing how uplifting this forum has been to us
And the advice has been brill
On thursday we were all over the place, sitting with phone book , wondering who to call, and feeling so alone
But im actually ready now for monday, and facing up to whats gonna happen, one way or other now
If we can fight though we will

Good to hear your spirits are up and you are ready for the battle :)

Try anything you can think of!
And I totally believe seeing your local MP is a good way to go!

The one thing I have learnt is:

Don't assume things work out in your favor!
Go and fight for it and people will see how passionate you are and
there is always something that can be done!
And its definitely worth the fight :)

Its not a bad thing to cry so much, let your feelings roll it doesn't harm anybody, just shows how much it means to u!!!
    So don't stop!!!
when u have to deal with people its always better to cry than get angry, remember that when u go to see them!!!!!!!!!!!

make sure u talk to the right person too, ask for the branch manager straight away!!!! ;)

get ready, heads up and believe it will work out!!!!
    good karma :)

my thoughts will be with you!
    good luck
