Default Solicitors in Chch area.
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a solicitor in the Chch area that we could use. As we are or will be new to the country it would be good to go on recommendation rather than use the yellow pages. Also we don't want to be ripped off 'cos we are 'poms'.

We used John Parkes at Hornby Law Centre (Saunders & Co) when we bought our house. Lovely fella, reasonable fees, top service and room to park outside. Situated just behind the Petrol Station opposite Hornby Mall. Tel.
03 379 7690.

I have used another firm in the city centre for some other legal work. Will dig out their details if your after a bit more than conveyancing.
