Not sure MB but i'm sure a company the size of Telecom could find a job for him if they are that interested. I guess they could put together a job offer to start in 3/4 months. There must be roles coming up in the near future otherwise why would they advertise.

A lot of the time companies put out a general ad as they have a few positions to fill and see what they get. then they try to fit the person to the job. Lets hope they have one for him.

Well Neil was up bright and early for his interveiw this morning.
He thinks it went really well- they even showed him 'his' desk!!

Only a slight problem-- there is a job there should he be the one they choose however Telecom have put a block on hiring people for the moment so they are going to have to work on HR before they can put an offer in writing.

They had another couple of people to see but said they would let him know next week if he is the one they want when they are allowed to hire someone!
