Hi everyone
any outings planned for migrants living in Welly? Been here for the last 5 months with my family but as yet we have not met others. Would love to get to know other migrants.

This subject is probably due a bit of a revival! We tried a long while back to arrange meetups but our members were so spread out it didnt get off the ground. Now we have so many more members in major cities, time to try again!

Any volunteers to organise?

You know what? I hate to bring this up coz I'm not one to hold a grudge BUT when we were on our way over here and planning our itinerary a la campervan, I posted a thread asking if there was anyone who wanted visitors. We had many, many replies from all the fabbo, up for it, gerramongstit types on this forum but there was one invite conspicuously missing.
It was YOUKokopeli!! Now, don't worry, I didn't take it personally. 'Perhaps', I considered, 'the K family enjoy their privacy and don't want to go exposing themselves willy nilly to strangers who, let's face it, could turn out to be visitors from hell. (We do have quite nice house manners though, ask Taf and WG! except for taking root.)

Now, he's inviting all and sundry over for coffee.

i have sampled the said coffee and it was dam good,must get one of those machines.but we need a kitchen first
