.... to be thinking ahead. Providing the postal workers in the UK have sorted themselves out by then, this may come in handy for those in NZ. It's the sort of thing that creeps up on you when you're in a different hemisphere.

Blimey ... less than four weeks in which to buy and send off the Christmas pressies.

This will be our third Christmas here and probably the last time I will get away with (without unintentionally repeating myself) sending NZ calendars, socks and paua trinkets etc. to the UK rellies.

Can't believe how early those dates are!!

Hmmm, either am v organised and get pressies cards in UK before I go and leave with my mum to post or have three days when we get to NZ before we miss the cheap postage date!!!

Looks like everyone's cards and pressie's will be a little late this year then
