OK, so you saved me the trouble.

I did feel we should have stuck with our lower offer, just to make up for all the money we've had to spend on bringing it up to scratch. If we paid that price now, I'm sure it would be a bargain as prices have gone up even more. Still, what's done is done and we're all getting a lot of enjoyment out of the place.

Hey Mother Bear have your tenents mentioned anything to you about greeting visitors with shovels? Have you heard any stirrings about the holes all over the paddocks?? You might want to get that surprise visit lined up... My mate in PN has a shot gun, if you need someone else to check up on them... and make sure they really are taking care of the property...

You would be surprised what gets blamed on Black Seal rum here in Bermuda! I am sure Bermy Girl has heard quite a few excuses from the customers in the bar.

Weeds........yes there are a few and they seem to be quietly taking over .

Perhaps Bermuda Black Seal rum is the answer and will see them off permanently. Only problem is getting the rum out of certain people's grasping hands first. I don't think throwing the empty bottle at the weeds will work quite as effectively.
