Anyone had this problem with Bargate Shipping?

Hi, well to update on the Bargate Saga.... after sending that last requested e-mail to Bargate, nearly TWO months ago, we still haven't heard a thing!!
Last week I even sent another reminder to ask Geoff, (the owner), to kindly inform me as to what is happening....... still haven't heard a thing!!
Even if this is finally settled, I would NOT choose to use this shipping company again.
Grrrr.... that's off my chest, now to chase them up again..... after NINE L..O..N..G months!

If I were you, I would phone them. Emails are all to easy to 'miss', but they can't avoid you on the phone.

Good luck, Deb. It gets a bit wearing, doesn't it, when these people don't respond once they think you're well out of the way. Once you leave the country they seem to think you cease to exist.

Still waiting....................... they seem to have changed their minds.... what seemed to be a 'friendly' offer of compensation settlement has now become more official... so still no further. This is 10 months on people!!!

Hi Motherbear, I know!! Geoff seems to like contadicting himself. He is now saying to go by the insurance form... but obviously he knows that not eveything damaged or for the disasterous shipment isn't on there!! So annoying but I will never give up that's for sure.
